What we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Versafield AI is the business name of VersaField Digital LLC, based in Phoenix, AZ. You can reach us at hello@versafield.ai.

This policy covers the website at versafield.ai only. Work we do for clients is covered by each client agreement and by our Data & AI Policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or book a fit call, we collect:

  • your name, business name and trade
  • your phone number and email address
  • which hats are heaviest in your business, or your question (optional)
  • your consent to be contacted, and which form you used

Anti-spam checks. The form includes a hidden field and a timing check. We use them only to block bots, and we don't keep them beyond the submission.

Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see page views, referrers, approximate country, and device and browser type, in aggregate. We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast pages load.

Server logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Calculator. The numbers you enter in the missed-call calculator stay in your browser. We record only that a calculation was completed, along with a rough size band for the result.

We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information. Please don't include it in your messages.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

  • respond to your request
  • schedule your fit call and, if we work together, scope and invoice the work
  • send you a confirmation email
  • improve the website
  • prevent spam and abuse

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no advertising pixels on this site.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel, for hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights
  • Resend, for delivering contact-form emails
  • Our email inbox provider (e.g. Google Workspace), for receiving and answering email

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page and add consent controls where they're required.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and records from the contact form for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.

Analytics data is aggregated and kept according to the provider's retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@versafield.ai. We'll verify the request and respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We'll post any updates on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we'll note it at the top of the page.
